The company was created by Tim Harrison, a senior airline pilot who built his own property portfolio while managing a demanding career. Through that experience, he recognised a clear gap in the market.

After years of building a successful multi property portfolio spanning traditional buy to let, serviced accommodation, HMOs across both private and public sectors, and social housing partnerships with local authorities, Tim understood the challenges investors face. The learning curve was steep and the time commitment substantial. Yet the rewards, when done right, were exceptional.
